HELP making omelettes!!       06/16/05 05:27 AM Edit Reply Quote Natalie1985 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 1329 Loc: UK - Leeds for uni, Merseyside for home! Okay so maybe this is just cos Im a bit crap at making omelettes but I had a first attempt at an egg white omelette yesterday and it was disastrous! Ended up looking like srambled mush! I didnt have any of my oil spray so I just used a small amount of olive oil and it all just seemed to stick and wouldnt turn over! Any advice or fool proof ways to make it when I next try??
