4 Cups cooked chicken breast, cubed (I bake it in tin foil for an hour) 1 1/2 Cups halved red grapes 1 Cup chopped celery 3/4 Cup sliced green onion 1/2 Cup mayo 1/4 Cup veggie sour cream 1 Tbsp prepared mustard 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp celery salt 1/8 tsp ground mustard 1/8 tsp paprika 1/2 Cup slivered almonds 1 kiwi, peeled & sliced 1/2 - 1 pkg shell pasta (depends on how much pasta you prefer)
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, pasta & onion. In another bowl, combine the next 9 ingredients (mayo-paprika); stir until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture & toss gently. Stir in almonds & serve immediately or refrigerate & add almonds just before serving. Garnish with Kiwi. Serves 6-8
