They definitely save money for making soup or whatever. You can freeze it easily too. The giant can is only a little more money (like 35-40 cents or so) than the canister. I can't remember the exact figures but something like 2.20 for the canister and 2.60? for the giant can. But it was not near the other- so look around if you want to save some money! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
