Soy milk I like Silk brand Chocolate Soy Milk and you should be able to find it in your grocery store. I use Becel brand margarine as it's non hydrogenated. You should be able to find soy cheeses, etc. also in your deli section of the grocery store. Just check and ask. I live in a small town too, and I have access to this stuff. You should be able to find at least some of them. Another good substitue for ground beef is Yves "Ground Round". Check your meat section. -------------------- Formerly HanSolo.
