There's some discussion in there about fat level and how to make sure it's within the range you want. If you look through the recipes, you'll see that IBSers have come up with workarounds for an amazing variety of foods. I was particularly delighted to find an IBS-safe Lemon Meringue Pie recipe the other day. It's always been my favorite pie.
