I'll add a third! meatloaf mashed potatoes...       04/14/05 10:44 AM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan spread your meatloaf out (raw) on a foil covered jelly roll pan (about 1/2" thick, width of your pan to cook it in). cover with a layer of mashed potatoes, roll up and drop in pan carefully (or wrap in foil and bake on jelly roll pan) and bake the same as the meatloaf! yummy!
