Hi Kandee, Just come back from the conference room where we Catholics were given permission to watch the Pope's funeral. It was a lovely funeral. You are like my son who does not like curry and for him I had to make dry dishes which would take up so much of my time. Yes, most of the dishes are made with red chillies or coconut or both. During the weekend I will search for recipes containing green chillies or something good for you. Have a nice weekend. Jenny
