Creme Brulee recipes?       03/07/05 05:53 PM Edit Reply Quote Kgirl Reged: 03/07/05 Posts: 5 Loc: California, USA I'm wondering if it's possible to make creme brulee with a tummy friendly recipe. I found some that use skim or lowfat milk and assume I could sub soy milk. But I've seen everything from 1 egg with 2 egg whites to 6 egg yolks in recipes. Any ideas? It's one of my favorite desserts and I recenlty got a little kit with the ramekins and torch and everything.
