I read in a magazine dill quiets stomach cramps, relieves gas, prevents nausea. You add 4 tsp. dill to boiling water, steep 5 min., strain. Is that okay to take for IBS? Is it safe? If I can take it how much can I have each day since I have severe IBS. How many altoids can you swallow each day? When you have IBS do you get severe attacks for the rest of your life even when you get it controled? When I get severe attacks it lasts 6 days straight it happens anyday, anywhere, anytime, no matter what I'm doing, it's unpredictable.
