Here's one that contains some garlic, but you can easily leave it out. It's very popular on another website.

Bobbie-Q Sauce
(Makes about 3/4 cup)

1/2 cup Heinz ketchup (the poster said it has to be Heinz!)
1/8 cup water (more or less for desired thickness)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup sugar or honey (can use less to taste)
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

Combine ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

The poster says you can use this as a basting sauce for barbecue, or combine with chopped or shredded chicken and simmer until heated throughout and flavor is well through the meat. She usually adds just a bit of water, and simmers shredded meat for 30 minutes to an hour.

This is enough sauce for approximately 2 cups of loosely packed shredded meat.
