My husband told me twice during dinner to put this in the regular rotation as he calls it! I substituted a couple things like 2 sweet sausage links and 2 hot, fennel bulb instead of celery and long grain white rice instead of brown and wild oh! and I seem to have forgotten the thyme, but it was yummy. I will say though that it is good to drain the sausage after it browns since it spews out oil. Oh this too, with white rice it doesn't need as much broth, just 3 cups and about 20-25 minutes.
