Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I just wanted to mention I am having a party next Saturday. It is primarily Indian food. Some of the things I am making are not IBS safe and I won't eat them. Here is the menu so far (I need some help too with ideas!!! please. I'll get to it later.)
spiced pecans
some sort of pita chips and dips (probably Amanda Panda's hummus recipe here and maybe another)
maybe potstickers
some sort of N.A. drink?

dinner:
lamb with yogurt marinade (jamie Oliver's)
tandoori chicken with mango chutney
basmati rice with saffron
aloo gobhi stuffing
whipped sweet potatoes with coconut milk?

then coconut cream pie and
orange cardamom cake

So if anyone has ideas for drinks or appetizers or whatever please post! (there is going to be this snobby Frasier Crane jerk there and everything has to be just right and very impressive. I won't let him look down on me!
