Yes, I was told an hour before and try a luna bar and a banana...(but that seems so heavy to me) I eat a luna bar for breakfast and then don't eat again until lunch time most of the time...I don't eat lunch until 2:30-3pm, then go to the gym 6:00'ish (classes at 6:30pm) and then eat dinner about 8:30-8:45pm. I do have snacks like baked lay or RF pringles...I used to eat wheat thins all the time back in June-Aug and then changed to Luna bars, so those are ok on my tummy. So, a small banana and wheat thins would add about 225-250 calories to my day (I can burn that off on the stair climber in 15-20 mins...at least at this current weight)
