It may be, what is the fat / calories? (I have to admit though, I still am not sure how to figure out if it's safe, I just estimate on what seems like alot of fat or not and how much I want to chance it ) I have heard that some cake mixes are safe, I used a Duncan Hines moist deluxe variety to make the Pumpkin cake w/ Normal Ingredients that is in the recipe index, hasn't givne me problems. It is safe, but the cake mix is alittle high in fat, it seems, I forget how much, but adding the pumpkin I assumed it was ok. Sorry I still wasn't that much help
