This is my first recipe post. I think that I have been around long enough now to post a safe recipe. If anyone has any adjustments that should be made let me know. This sounds great for a holiday party!!!
1 can 6oz of salmon drained and flaked 1 can 6oz of tiny cocktail shrimp 1 pkg. 10oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and thoroughly drained 1/2 cup soy plain yogurt 1/2 cup fat free or light mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup chopped green peppers (optional) 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Combine salmon and shrimp with remaining ingrediants. Chill for 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
