Here's what I do...

I wrap it in foil and stick it in the crockpot with 1/2 cup of water. I have no idea what purpose wrapping it serves, except to maybe hold in the moisture... anyway, it takes a couple hours on high, and that's the simplest way to do it. I find the turkey hams are pretty tasty without any glaze or anything like that.

I'm trying to find this one glaze recipe I used to use, though, because it was really good. I know it had mustard and brown sugar in it, and probably a pinch of cloves, so maybe that's enough to start improvising with?
