Official AD Brownie Emergency!       11/15/04 06:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Sara-Sage Reged: 02/04/04 Posts: 5508 Can anyone answer this question. I have made this recipe about four times. The first 2 times I accidentally omitted the oil and left out the eggs (on purpose). They turned out awesome! The 2nd, 3rd and 4th (tonight) time I used the oil but added a store-bought egg substitute (corn starch, potato flour, etc). The middle did not rise at all and it did not cook all the way through! I even left tonight's batch in an extra 10 mins and it still wasn't cooked. Any ideas on what's going on? Thx! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
