I make pizza all of the time. I mostly buy the pizza dough from Trader Joes but if you don't have one nearby just make it in a bread machine. Ingredients are usually just flour, water, yeast, and a small amt of oil.
Roll it out with flour on a board.
Put a safe tomato sauce on it (Again I often use Trader Joes but you can make it easy with Tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and pepper)
I usually only use about 4 oz of grated soy cheese.
Top with chicken breast, turkey pepperoni (by Hormel), and any vegies you can tolerate.
I put it on a pizza stone sprinkled lightly with corn meal (so it won't burn) and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 -15 minutes.
I slice up the whole thing and put all the left overs in a ziploc bag in the freezer. I can then reheat pieces for lunch at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Good Luck, Leigh
