I took four frozen chicken breast and one bottle of Open Pit BBQ sauce threw it all in the crock pot for 1 hour on high and 2 hours on low!! Shreded it and put it on Kriser Rolls!!! Took some white rice and some chopped up COOKED veggie ( carrots,calliflowerand some Mushromms) Poured the sauce from the crock pot over the rice and veggies!!! This was so yummy!!! Hubby loved it!!!!
