Just this morning I was looking at one of my "vintage" cookbooks, and they had a whole section on avocado salads. One of the things they did as a serving suggestion was cut the avocados in half, and fill the holes with a nice mound of mayo-based salad - chicken, tuna, or seafood. It presented nicely and looked really tasty. I've always liked fresh avocado sliced up on sandwiches. It's *great* on veggie burgers! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
