Ok, I know you posted about Almond butter. Personally, I have never tried it. BUT, I do use Smart Balance Omega Natural Peanut Butter,,, it is made with natural oils (flaxseed and palm fruit oils). It has 1300 mg of Omega-6 and 1000 mg of Omega-3 from the flax oil. No hydrogenated oil, no trans fatty acids, no refined sugar. A small amount of molasses is added for the flavor and color, but thats all. I have PBJ everyday with no problems. The jelly that I use is also natural, I use Polaner All Fruit 100% All Natural Fruit Spread. I personally like the strawberry best, but there are tons of flavors.
