Ingredients: Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated soy bean and cotton seed oil, water, corn syrup, corn starch, salt, colored with(artificial color, yellow 5, red 40), mono-and diglycerides, artificial flavor, modified corn starch, Polysorbate 60, Potassium sorbate(preservative), soy lecithin, citric acid, contains soy ingredients.
I will make the cake low fat with apple sauce and egg whites and only use a little of the frosting on top. Thank you very much for the help, Betty.
