Passani, I got your two recipes. Are there more? What is "real tofu" is there a "fake one"? I have never used it either. I bought the ingredients and bought firm. I tasted in someones house with ginger. Does it taste the same if I crush it? How about for chilli? I guess I will start using half the amount. The texturezed protein stated in the sloppy joe recipe is that the same? Please someone answer. Thanks.
