Don't let all of this cheating turn into a bad habit!
That woman seems like she is a bad influence on you... tell her anything (truth or fiction) to stop her from tempting you. And remember, saying no the first time is the hardest part! CAn you beleive that at the office where I work, I have the center desk, so it is where all the doughnuts, cakes, and other random "goodies" are placed? I could snatch one up without having to pull my butt out of my chair. Five months ago when I started the IBS diet I haven't touched the junk ONCE. It just took me turing it down a couple of times to get over it, even though the smell of doughnuts constantly wafts over to my nose! Good luck with staying away from the "bad stuff"
