Hi Barbie. I do the same thing? Why do we do these things to ourselves???? . I know I'm gonna pay when I eat any kind of cream cheese or sour cream dip. I can not help myself. Spinnach dip is my total weakness but yet I eat a ton of it at parties. Oh well.....we just can't help it. NO need beating yourself up about it.
