Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Update on job hunting, etc.

Hi everyone! I just thought I'd let you know how the job hunting is going, since I haven't been around much to discuss it.

I don't remember if I mention this one yet, but I had an interview last Thursday for a reading long term sub position. It went really well, but they won't be telling me if I got the job until August 25th, and that would make finding an apt and relocating before schools starts INSANE!

I also had an interview on Monday in the Thousand Islands and that one also went extremely well. I actually have a good feeling about this one... but we'll see, I'm not getting my hopes up too much. That one's a little farther from home than I had hoped to be, but I've vacationed up there my whole life and am really familiar with the area. Plus my cousin lives up there, and I admit it would be nice to have a family member nearby in case I needed anything. Anyway, I should be finding out whether they want me back for a 2nd/final interview within the next few days!!

Now I'm going away for the weekend to be in my friend Amy's wedding (to me ex bf, lol). But I also have an interview squeezed in tomorrow afternoon before I have to pick my friend Katy up from the airport. Augh!! I'll be so happy when all these hectic interviews are done with!!

Anyway.... that's my life.
