Since I have started the hypno CD's when I am stressed I look forward to my session with Michael. If your move is anything like mine I didn't have time to listen to the CD's though. I was so stressed and sore every night I went to bed feeling like I was 90. Take a deep breath and focus on one thing at a time. I found that if I thought about everything that had to be done my stress level was worse. Wish we all lived closer and then you would have lots of help. Of course, what would all of us do not having access to a bathroom for 1 1/2 hours at the same time. Makes ya laugh just thinking about it. I have never had a UTI so I can't be much help there.
