Hi there, Thanks a lot for your reply, that was a cool interview you posted. I appreciate the support as well.. I dunno if you've read any of my past posts but life has been sending me on a pretty crappy ride lately and everything just got to me.. and the last thing you want to worry about when you're already down is being fat! Or not even being fat, just letting it sneak up on you and all of a sudden your clothes don't fit! A friend of mine is doing something that isn't Weight Watchers, but seems like pretty much the same thing and asked me to go to a meeting with her so I might go... You go once a week, get weighed and stuff and do a 45 minute work out. She says it's good, so I might give it a go. I was really bad at dieting when I tried in University, but now that I have lived on the "What to Eat When You Can't Eat Anything" diet, I'm pretty sure I'll be a bit better... well, I hope so anyway! I am craving sugar reeeeeaally badly, so I figured I might as well not be completely naive about it and say, "No more sugar!" and then just binge so I bought some gummy bear things from the HFS and some other little candies that have no fat, and no artificial stuff in them for when I do crave them.. I figure they're better than freaking out and trying to eat a whole... I dunno... cake or something. I am totally doing the liquids thing, and drinking tons of water and herbal tea.. I was starting to do that anyway 'cause I am due in for a visit from my red friend tomorrow and am trying to put off as much cramping and bloating as possible - good luck!
