I TOO always eye those metabolism-boosting pills, but I've decided against them because of my IBS. I hope you don't mind my butting in with my advice here, but I just have to say please go with your instinct that is already telling you not buy them, since they will only make your IBS sensitive tummy MORE sensitive and I don't think this is what you really want to do. From what you've said, it sounds like your system has been through enough as it is, so I think you need to be more gentle with it, instead of shocking it with pills. I'm sure it felt incredible to be that size 4, but you want to be a smaller size by a healthier, natural way and not by some pill that is designed to do a number on your digestive system.
Weight issues and IBS at the same time sucks, doesn't it...  .
We need to empower ourselves as the beautiful women that we are!!!!!!!
