Try not to beat yourself up too much. You're still beautiful, after all!

If you want to lose the weight, exercise will help, but diet is key. Simply put, you have to eat less. Try to eat something small every two hours or so, and give yourself a small treat to avoid binging!

Don't stress too much! Just get active and limit the foods, and the weight will come back off.
