I can sympathize, I also have lower back pain, sometimes nothing I try helps. I hate to hear of your suffering in the middle of a big move, you have so much to do and you can't really do anything.

I take Celebrex, let me tell you it is great stuff. If I didn't take it, I would not be able to walk. I actually ran out of my script today, waiting for my mail order to show up. I just took some Tylenol hoping it will help at least a little. I cannot take narcotics, they are great for the pain, but I have allergic reactions to all of them.

What exercise have you tried that helps you the most, I noticed that many have been posted to you, I just didn't feel like reading all of them.

Hope it gets better soon honey! Barbie suggested the spray on called Stop Pain. It is great stuff, I just sprayed some a few minutes ago. I share it with everyone who comes by with any type of pain. Love it!

Let me know how you are doing? My grandbabies are having their tonsils removed in the morning, 8-6-04. They are worried, but they were so sick this last year it has to be done while they are well.
