But honestly, we already have all 4 bedrooms filled. We knew when we started looking that we wanted a 3-bedroom - I work from home, so I need an office - and I'm tired of having computers in the bedroom (our current setup) - and we need to sleep somewhere. 
The 4th bedroom is kind of weird... it's technically an "inlaw apartment", with its own separate entrance off the back deck. So we're going to use that for a guest room, it's kind of inconvenient for anything else.
