And no, I didn't forget any digits in there. LOL! The key to the market here is to move north. Right in Bangor, real estate is much more expensive - still cheaper than SoCal, but we really didn't want to spend $80K on a 2-bedroom house that we'd then have to drop another $20K in repairs into. So we started looking north, where the local economy, honestly, sucks. Adam will have a 1-hour-each-way commute to work now, but he thinks it's well worth it.
