I just have to do some complaining. I didn't sleep any last night because I had gas pains off and on and hubby had a snoring night. I already went to the bathroom about 4 times this morning....not really D but almost. And....I feel like crap.
I am trying to think of what could have caused this other than stress. I did work yesterday and it was a little stressful and came home exhausted. But....I ate a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich for lunch which I asked for on a regular bun. Anyway, I got the bun with sesame seeds on it. Do you think that could have caused my problem. I can't think of anything else.
Maybe it's just one of those <<<<<don't know why IBS rears it's ugly head>>>>>times.
