The builder gave me a great anniversary gift (he installed my under-cabinet halogen lights), as well as the finished carpenter (beautiful mouldings around the floor where it meets the fireplace, just stunning), and Don and I had a lovely walk with the puppy dog down by the lake, and a fantastic lunch (yep, the one I described).
