have i mentioned that i HATE fibro!?

just wondering if i left that out.

i went to PT this afternoon. well, back up: first of all, i started to get a migraine at abuot 2:00. it's the impending rain that LS and Melissa have sent down the coast. well, my fibro has already been acting up- i've had really bad back and neck spasms for a few days. now i've got this migraine. i went to PT at 4 and did the heating pad and electro-stim, then started my exercises (which are mostly stretching by myself). i was waiting for my therapist to come in to do the rest of the excercises and the massage/ultrasound (aka "the good part!") and got so nauseated that i had to actually leave! i really was afraid i was going to vomit right there in the room.

i don't have any Imitrex on me and i'm too sick to go to the stupid pharmacy. i've got the shakes right now, too, which is weird. my arms are all trembly. i just took one of my muscle relaxants, so hopefully that will help ease the muscles in my neck.

i'm going to go lie down now. i'll check back with ya'll (yawl) later.
