I can hardly stay awake here at my desk....if I'm up moving around, I'm better, but man I feel like I need a nap! don't know if it is from being on vacation or if it is the Effexor. My doc increased my dose from 75mg to 75mg + 37.5mg on the Friday before I went on vacation and then told me to increase it again in a week to 150mg. So I have been at 150mg since this past Friday and have been tired yesterday and today. I remember what he told me though...he said "you may feel some weird side effects for a little bit but just grit your teeth and pull through them. we've had a lot of people do really well on Effexor and I think you will be one of them, too." I told him that I wanted to get better, so I would try my hardest. So far on the higher dose I feel good other than tired and a little shakey.
