A friend of mine was on-and-off it for years (for Lupus), and unfortunately, the weight DID always come off, but it took a while. If you've been off the pred for 4 weeks, and you're following a sensible diet and exercising, it really just might be a matter of patience (ugh, I hate that word, don't you?!). I know that wasn't the most encouraging thing to hear... maybe someone else here has better personal experience with it and can help. It's a little quiet here on the weekends.
