All my life I've suffered with hypoglycemia...If I would wait too long to eat, I would get the shakes, dizziness (I fainted once), nausea (I've even thrown up), weakness, and extreme crabbiness. Also, (and I think this is related to the hypoglycemia) I've always needed naps during the day. (still needing to have a full nights sleep.) Well, since I began following the quidelines of this diet, I've noticed a HUGE change. I haven't had one hypoglycemic attack, not one!!! Yeah I get hungry, but it's a "normal" hungry now. I don't feel like I'm gonna die if I don't eat right now. Not only that, but I haven't needed any naps. I seem to have a lot more energy now. ***sigh*** It's the best feeling in the world when you realize that you've got something beat. I can't express my gratitude enough to Heather and all of you who support me. I still have a long journey with IBS, but I already feel 100 times better than I did a couple weeks ago. Thanks for listening. I really wanted to share this good news.
