HORRIBLE Customs and Immigration! (However, I understand our Customs and Immigration aren't any better. Why can't we just all get along, eh?) You can try Citrucel, but the powder is what you want -- because it has twice the fiber as the capsules. The problem with Citrucel powder is that it gets thick and has a taste of its own. Ew.
