i hate taking walks, but it destresses me anyway. i always loathe the idea of it and it takes forever to talk myself into it, but i'm always glad i did- even if it's a shortie.

a "bad" answer--- i blow off steam by having a few drinks on Friday nights. (and kissing cute bartenders) i know, in know, you're never supposed to admit that- but it's true.

i also knit- that is a big calmer-downer.

sometimes i go hang out with my Beloved Niece (she's 2). that helps a lot, but i won't do it if i'm grouchy--- don't want her to be around a grouchy Jen-Jen.
