ew. but don't feel bad. i've gotten migraines from sunglasses and my eyeglasses. i've also gotten them from ponytails and from barrettes.
i suppose if you're going to get a migraine, it'll find a reason, huh?
i ordered my eyeshade and my Handeze on Friday. i think they should be here on Wednesday. i'm kinda excited! also bought some B12 to see if i can get a decent result from that.
must admit, though, i feel pretty great. i'm so glad to be out of that flare... when i was in it i thought it would never end. thankfully, i'm up and about and have much more endurance. and i'm sleeping! i also grudglingly admit that going back on the Lexapro helped.... i think mostly with the sleep, though.
ah well, i'm going to knock back a few more messages and get offline.
