Have you started Heather's diet yet? Even though it's primarily for IBS, it's supposed to help people with IBD as well. You may want to post your question on the Crohn's/Colitis Board as that is for people specifically with IBD, you may find you get more helpful suggestions. I myself do not have IBD, but the best thing I can recommend is to try sticking to the What to Eat When You Can't Eat Anything diet for a little while, and see if it helps calm the tummy down.
