Hey Susan! Sorry you feel that way! I've honestly never seen you post before... Maybe I'm just not very observant. But you can post questions up here if you want, but if they're about the IBS diet or anything related to IBS, you'll probably want to try posting it up on the Eating For IBS board, that way you'll probably get a better response.
