they're not the ones with fibro, "fido" maybe but not fibro! he he

AND YOU YELL AT ME!?!?!?!?!!?!? ugh!

well, here's the thing- the nausea has TOTALLY changed. it was really persistent before but not at all to the point of actually feeling like i was going to vomit. it was somewhere between dizzy and nauseous. NOW i really keep feeling like i'm going to loose it. so now i feel like it's a whole new thing!

let's see about this....

Home remedies:
Dramamine II (meclizine) -- I just took some for my migraine nausea, it really helps. NOPE, but i'm buying some after work!
Ginger ale, tea, altoids, candy i'm drinking tea right now- it does help this kind of nausea, not the kind i had last week.

Pepto Bismol can't stand the stuff
Saltines can't eat wheat. i DID have saltines last week at one point and ended up feeling worse!
Keeping food in your tummy by eating every two hours i will try

Biobands do not have these. will look into getting them (am really poor ATM which is why i haven't run out to buy all the things i keep saying i would. i got screwed on sick pay while i was out and am missing paychecks. )
Working on that trigger point from Devin's book i do this when i have a chance but can't really do it at work (it works best lying down for me not sitting in a chair)
Lying down - seriously, movement makes nausea worse. well, see above- they frown on reclining at work!
seriously, though, i know it's worse when i am moving so i'm trying to be still.

next....

Causes:
Fibro symptom? my suspicion is this is the case and like the weird dizzy/nausea of last week, the hot flashes and chills of several weeks ago, it will go away after a while
Migraine symptom? headache free at the moment (knock on wood)
New meds? the only new med i'm on is the Ambien--- i'll check into that.
Pregnant? (no, never mind, that would be immaculate conception wouldn't it) yeah, yeah, rub it in.
Car sick? probably not on a walk or sitting on the couch
Chemical sensitivity? Any strong odors around? it's happening in various situations. i haven't noticed any odors but i have a TERRIBLE sense of smell.

i promise to think about the walking stick. think about it. no other promises.

If the stabby pain in your lower back and the shooting pains down your leg don't let up tomorrow, let me know and I'll run that part of your life for you too! (Can you tell I'm the oldest sibling? Totally bossy big sister!!)

i will let you know. so far that's not happening today, but then again i haven't been moving too much. they hurt on the walk up the hill to the deli where i get my tea (a walk which, by the way, almost killed me this morning! i was woozy and panting at the top of the hill -not a big hill- but I DID IT!). i have PT today so if it's still bothering me i'll have him check it out.

thanks so much LS! you're too good to me! what would i do without you????
