This is what I have noticed.......
1) My urine is deep yellow.... (before it was just kinds of yellow tinted water)

2) I've changed from having 1-3+ BM's per day (if on the C side) or 3-6+ (if on the D side)......to having only 1 BM every other day FORMED and no D. My last one was Sat about 7pm at the gym.

3) I have not had any gas or bloating at all

Does anyone know what would be causing those things to happen or has anyone else experienced the same thing?

To answer your questions

1) This often happens when you're dehydrated (even if you don't feel it). 90 mins on the treadmill is a lot and its suprising how much water we lose...so, um, drink up!?

2) This could be the medication, or possibly even the fact that you're eating less? Not sure...

3) I would attribute that to the exercise!
