Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | LS: you never post your daily goals anymore!

have you just gotten so much better that you accomplish them all without the added motivation of posting them? if so: YAY!

i'm going to post some goals. here goes:

i'm going to walk at least today and Wednesday. (i have PT on Tues and Thurs and don't want to double up my promises, here! i may be doing something at PT as well)
i'm going to cut back on the Coke (again) (that's soda, people, not cocaine!)
i am going to try to get a few minutes of sun on my brief lunch break each day
i am going to take frequent stretch breaks and try to stretch each night. (i'm not pulled-together enough to do it in the morning yet! i used to be a morning person, but NO MORE!)
i am going to try to get to sleep by 9 tonight through thursday. (i get up at 4:50). asleep by 9 not in bed by 9. i'm starting to get worn down again and need all the minutes i can get! NO TV for me at 8PM or i get suckered in!
i am going to call around for new doctors. i want appointments scheduled by the end of the week.
i am going to the bar on Friday. even if i only go for an hour, i'm going. YES, I AM. so there.
