That is unheard of! It's hard not to feel terrible when people act this way. They probably do not know what style is...myself, I like to see people wearing different things as that what makes everyone unique (not wearing the same "up to date fashions" as everyone else). Some people make fun of others when they are not self confident, to make themselves feel better. I don't know what your shoes look like, but I am sure they look fine, and as long as they are comfortable and YOU like them, that is all that should matter!
