what a good perspective!
anyway, ICYHOT isn't blue and i don't think that's a menthol smell, but it is a distinctive smell.... hmmm... yeah, maybe that's menthol.
i will try aspercreme, too. going to shop around to see what i like the best!
i know the last bunch of times i made chocolates my back really paid the price, but it is worth it to me. i always get so giddy happy when i make chocolate, it's almost not fair!  i kept saying "i'd love to spend my days doing this!" looks like one day soon i'll be able to! *fingers crossed* i'm just going to have to find coping mechanisms to deal with the pain. 
pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
