Since my back is very achy right now (from bending tenderly over all my pretty flowers to take care of them), I am by definition NOT a 6=tired but not achy & sick. Therefore by default I'm a 5.
And it's not like I'm down on my hands and knees like gardening outdoors. I have a TV table and a chair set up, I put the plants on the table and sit down the whole time I'm working, but I have to lean forward slightly, and that's what's known as an "eccentric" movement (no cracks from the peanut gallery please!), meaning different from normal daily movement. Reaching up to wash windows or put away dishes is another example. These eccentric movements are the ones that hurt fibromyalgics the most. Pooh!
